She and her siblings were rescued from a grain manufacturing plant, where they were found covered in thick, caked on-grain dust - like tiny statues frozen in time. But beneath that dusty exterior was a brave little soul waiting to shine.

Now clean, healthy and thriving, Alfalfa has blossomed into a playful affectionate and resilient kitten. Her journey from gritty beginnings to a loving environment at LCCR has only made her more grateful for every cuddle, toy and sunbeam she finds. She's the kind of kitten who will curl up in your lap after a good play session and purr like she's saying "thank you".
