Meet Bobby – The Brave Mama with a Heart of Gold

Bobby's story is one of remarkable resilience, boundless love, and second chances. This beautiful long-haired young lady was rescued from a country shop alongside her dear friends Sunset and Fathead. Life had not been kind to Bobby before she arrived at LCCR. At some point, she survived a coyote attack that claimed part of her tail—but never her spirit.

When Bobby was rescued, she was pregnant. Tragically, she lost two of her kittens - one at birth and one shortly after, but her determination carried her through. Bobby's remaining babies, Mahi Mahi and Trout, were the very first kittens born at LCCR in 2026.

Despite all she has endured, Bobby remains gentle, loving, and devoted. She has poured every ounce of herself into raising her kittens while charming volunteers with her sweet nature and gorgeous fluffy coat. Bobby is proof that even after hardship, love can flourish.

Now it's Bobby's turn to be cared for. She dreams of a forever home where she can finally leave survival behind and simply be cherished.
