MISA

Misa is a regal looking girl who was found living under someone's porch with her kittens before they were brought to The LCCR. A couple of months later we found out she had arrived pregnant and soon after she gave birth to seven babies. Sadly only two survived, but she also adopted four other kittens who didn't have a mother. She is an excellent mom but remains quite scared of people.

Because she was protecting her first and second litters when she came to us, it took some time to see Misa's true nature. She has made great strides since being at LCCR and will now hang out when volunteers are around. She is still hesitant and cautious around humans but has come a long way. She will need a family who are very patient and willing to let her come out of her shell at her own pace. That family will also need to have knowledge and experience with feral cats and how to socialize them.
